Our event planning and management services include creating an event timeline for the clients' use, creating and delegating event responsibilities between Tom Orlando Events and the client, contacting reputable vendors and obtaining contracts for services, advising the client on "worst case scenarios" creating backup plans, and on-site management of the event.
